Tracy is a 1998 graduate of High Point University with a B.S in Psychology. As a student, Tracy was named captain of the cheerleading squad and served as the Chairperson for the inaugural year of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Tracy received her M.S. in Sport Psychology from Springfield College in December 2003 after which she served as head coach for HPU's cheerleading squad for 3 seasons.
Tracy currently serves as the Past-President of the NC Adult Education Association after serving as President (2011),Vice President (2010) and a board member (2008-2009). Tracy is also a member of the American Educational Researchers Association (AERA) and the Associate of Continuing Higher Education (ACHE) of which she received the 2010 Wayne Whelan Scholarship Award. The scholarship is given annually to an ACHE member engaged in graduate studies on either a full-time or part-time basis. Tracy was a presenter at the 2008 Datatel Users Group (DUG) conference on Paperless Registration. Currently, Tracy is pursuing her Ed.D. in Adult and Higher Education through NC State University with a research interest of leadership in higher education.
Off campus, Tracy has been a big sister in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program and a volunteer with the Junior Achievement and Special Olympics Organizations. Tracy began with High Point University in 2002.

Tara is a 2004 graduate of Franklin Pierce University with a B.S. in Psychology. As a student, Tara played 4 years of field hockey at the Division II level. Tara received her M.S. of Sport Psychology from Texas Tech University in 2006. Currently, Tara is pursuing her Ed.D in Adult and Higher Education through NC State.
Tara is currently in her 5th season as coach of the women's club field hockey team at HPU. Prior to that she coached the Panthers for 3 seasons as the the club women's lacrosse coach at HPU. Tara served as the club lacrosse coach at Texas Tech University for 3 seasons.
Conference presentations include: Improving Multivariate Analysis in Career and Technical Education by Screening Data (2012), Applying Ethics to HRD Professionals at AHRD (2011), Faculty Perceptions on HR at AERA (2011), Faculty Perceptions on Students with Learning Disabilities at the Clute Institute (2010) and Paperless Registration at SEDUG (2007). Tara also serves as a board member for NCAEA and was elected as an Alumni Board Member/ Vice President of External Relations position at Franklin Pierce University thru 2014. Tara began High Point University in 2007.

Lauren is originally from Savannah, Georgia, and graduated from High Point University’s Evening Degree Program with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2007. As an undergraduate student, she was inducted into Alpha Chi. She also received her Master’s of Business Administration through High Point University in May, 2010.
While part of the EDP, Lauren has volunteered with Junior Achievement. Lauren and her husband, David, have volunteered with Aussie Rescue and Placement Helplin, Inc.(ARPH) as foster parents for Australian Shepherds. They are proud "parents" of three dogs, Stryder, Smokey, and Shelby. Lauren joined High Point University in 2008.
