B.A. Degree in History
Perhaps history is a major in which you can grow! As a history major you will explore the past in order to understand the present better. In this ever changing world, events are not random, but products of historical evolution.
History is the foundation of liberal arts. History provides a program of study intended to stimulate thinking, critical reasoning skills, and intellectual growth. The capacity of individuals to identify and define problems, to construct an analytical structure to solve the problem, and present their solutions clearly and forcefully is enhanced with a strong history background.
Most history majors go into the business world. Some will pursue graduate education in history, public history, library science, museum studies, archeology, religion, or law. Some will teach.
